What You’ll Be Doing
As a Tour Guide, you'll be the heart and soul of our tours, bringing Canada’s beauty and stories to life. Every day is different, filled with opportunities to:
- Lead groups of diverse travelers on exciting tours through Western Canada, from the Rockies to the West Coast.
- Share stories, fun facts, and insights into Canada’s culture, history, and landscapes.
- Create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for all travelers.
- Handle logistics, manage schedules, and keep the group on track.
- Build connections and lifelong memories with travelers from across the globe!

What We’re Looking For
- Great storytelling skills – you know how to keep a crowd entertained.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to connect with travelers from all walks of life.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a knack for handling on-the-go logistics.
- Previous guiding experience is a plus but not required – we provide training for the right candidates!
- A love for Canada and travel – bonus points if you know your way around Western Canada!
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License (or willing to obtain before the season starts).
- Training provided for right candidates
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
- Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) - We also work with Students!
- Occupational First Aid certification including CPR-C (or willing to obtain).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Payment Structure:
Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications (to be discussed)
Average of $20-24 p/h Step on Guides - Most Tours are based on a set tour rate
Average of $22-28 p/h for Drivers and Driver Guides - Most tours are base on a set tour rate
Training and Training Tours conducted at minimum wage
